How can I cancel my account?

In order to cancel your hosting service: log in their billing and support system. Then click ‘’Services’’ in the blue navigation bar and then ‘’My Services’’ in the drop-down menu. Click on the status of the service you wish to cancel. Click the ‘’Request Cancellation’’ link at the bottom of the ‘’Actions’’ menu to the left.

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time in their support system . You simply have to go to ‘’My Services’’. Once you see your hosting plans, click the white page with a green arrow. On the next page you will click ‘’Upgrade/Downgrade Package’’.
